I received an email this week from Pets Without Parents, wondering if I could squeeze in a last minute shoot for them. Of course I could! They had taken in a lot of new puppies over the past week and had not had a chance to get them up on Petfinder. I was more than happy to help out in the process of them finding their furever homes.
Oh my, so many cute dogs this time! There was a litter of Border Collie Australian Shepherd Mix puppies who were born June 1st. The little furballs in this litter were amazingly cute and none of them looked alike! Yalena looked the most like a Boarder Collie while her siblings all looked like little Aussies. We had two Shepherd / Hound mixes (Eddie VanHalen and Jimi Hendrix – love the names), two beautiful black Labrador Retriever Mix puppies and some Pit Bull puppies who were older. We also got to meet an adult Terrier / Chihuahua Mix as well as a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. It was fun to meet all the new dogs there. Every single one of them had such a unique personality! Some just wanted to cuddle and love on us, while others just wanted to play!
Surprisingly, this time there was only one cat that needed photographed! While they had a lot of cats there, only one needed photos. It was strange for us because we normal photograph a lot more cats than dogs on each visit.
Take a look at the most adorable dogs below. If you know someone that is looking for a new dog, be sure to let them know these guys and gals are all in search of homes.
Danielle, I so admire your work with pets and your dedication to finding these guys homes!
I love that you do this. Great images.
You have such a gift with your pet photography and I love that you do things like this and share it with the subjects that you are obviously so passionate about.
Oh my goodness, each one is cuter than the next. I love looking at your pet photography.
Now that you made them look so wonderful, I want to take them all home.
How could any of these not be adopted after you’ve photographed them? So so so cute.
These sweeties need homes…hope they find a loving family…great images
I adopted the puppy named “Eddie van halen” in August. He is such a wonderful dog now & goes by the name of Gideon. I just found this to show my parents what he looked like when he was a baby. Love the photos 🙂 great work for an awesome org.
