The NEW Boardman photography studio is finally complete. Well, kind of. I have a feeling like anything else in life, it will be a continued work in progress. I’m still in the same building, just a different suite. The studio is centrally located — a block North of the Southern Park Mall in Boardman.

The studio is still by appointment only, so be sure to contact me in advance for your photography session appointment.

The new camera room is double the length of the last studio. The landlords were kind enough to not only knock down a few walls for me but also lay new flooring that I picked out.

The dressing room has turned in to my Pinterest project. Everyone was pretty surprised when they saw me painting the wall bright blue like my logo. I love the accent wall even if it startled everyone that was helping me with the renovations. I saw a pin of framed shopping bags and knew that would be just perfect for that space! But I always end up throwing my shopping bags away. Good thing I’m friends with a fashionista. I called her and she brought over a collection of bags for me to choose from. This space of the studio is also much bigger than the last. Giving clients room for clothing changes during their studio sessions.

I was never happy with the meeting room in my old studio. It was just missing something. I’m thrilled with the results of the new meeting room for appointments. It has all the comforts of home with a coffee maker and a mini fridge. A comfy couch for clients to view their images from and a variety of displays throughout.

And of course I don’t photograph *just* high school seniors and kids, it is a dog friendly studio! I’ve already warned my new neighbors that if they hear some barking or really strange noises coming out of the studio, it’s just another day at the office for me.
