The cuteness at Alchemy Acres in Salem is on overload right now! I had the opportunity to photograph so many dogs and cats this week at the rescue. Oh and the “L” litter of puppies was beyond adorable! Seven little, tiny puppies from the same litter that looked nothing alike! While their names as a group were picked out, I got the chance to pick which name went with each puppy. These boys and girls just arrived at the rescue with their mom and were just starting to be socialized with people. They were so curious about everything going on that day. When it wasn’t their turn in front of the camera, they were cuddling with a volunteer and each other on the floor right by where I was photographing. I love the smell of puppy breath, it’s so sweet and clean and just makes you want to cuddle up with them even more! Needless to say, I fell in love with the “L” litter and if I had not already restricted myself to being a 3-pet house, one of them would have been coming home with me!
